**Labor relations manager**

La persona ocupante del puesto de labor relations manager forma parte del equipo de RRHH de España y depende directamente del HR manager.

El objetivo principal es encargarse de implementar, asesorar y mantener las normas laborales establecidas por ley dentro de la compañía. Además, debe garantizar el correcto cumplimiento de la legislación laboral vigente en cada momento y sector.

**Tu trabajo diario**
- Redacción de contratos, preparar documentos de desvinculaciones de los empleados, régimen sancionador y anexos de contrato
- Representar a la compañía en procesos de carácter laboral, jurídico y administrativo (inspecciones de trabajo, asistencia a actos de conciliación...) a nível nacional
- Preparación de documentación y respuesta a los organismos oficiales
- Relaciones, negociaciones, organización de reuniones y trato con el comité de empresa así como con el comité de igualdad y seguridad y salud, preparación de la información a reportar al comité de empresa y redacción de sus actas. Es necesaria experiência en negociaciones complejas con comité de empresa.
- Apoyo a elaboración de informes estadísticos (planes de igualdad).
- Comunicación de cualquier cambio legislativo que afecte a la compañía, así como actualizaciones o jurisprudencia.
- Resolución efectiva de conflictos de carácter laboral analizando y proponiendo soluciones acordes con las directrices de la compañía y garantizando, en todo momento, la legalidad vigente.
- Estar actualizado en la normativa labora que permita el mejor asesoramiento en materia legal en cualquier necesidad de la compañía, a dirección de RRHH así como a los business partner.

**Competencias**:

- Licenciatura en Derecho o Diplomatura en Relaciones Laborales o ciencias del trabajo o similares.
- Experiência de al menos 5 años en puestos similares.
- Buen nível de inglés.
- Amplios específicos en Derecho Laboral
- Experiência en empresas del sector Retail con alta dispersión de centros trabajo
- Se valorara experiência en despacho de abogados en asesoría a empresas de Retail
