Scrum Master for Digital Sales Hub Barcelona
We are a Global leader Engineering firm with over 20k employees around the world. We create and develop highly specialized technical tools for several applications, such as Industrial Automation, Automotive, Chemical, Pharma & BioTech, Food & Beverage processing, 3D Modelling, etc.
Due to our sustainable growth, we are recruiting a skilled Scrum Master with extensive hands-on experience for our Digital Sales Hub established in Barcelona.
As a Scrum Master working in the Digital Sales Hub, you will act as a catalyst of change leading key digital transformation initiatives across the company. As part of the Hub, you will be involved in driving key strategic initiatives within eCommerce, product configuration, Analytics and Digital Sales.
To achieve its goals, the Digital Sales Hub is led by international entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds and companies that are creating a startup cultured unit under the umbrella of this Billion-dollar corporation.

What we are looking for:
The incoming Scrum Master will have the opportunity to guide an international Scrum Team focused on the lifecycle of the digital product selection & engineering tools by working closely with the development team and being the bridge between them and the rest of the stakeholders.
Role Description:
As a Scrum Master in Festo, you will succeed by:
Driving the change and fostering a healthy collaborating culture and positive team dynamics, inside the team and its surrounding ecosystem.
Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within timebox (retrospective, daily meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews).
Causing the removal of impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress and continuous improvement.
Helping the Scrum Team to understand Product Backlog items and boosting the communication between the Product Owner, Development Team, and Subject Matter Experts from other squads.
Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed implementing and measuring changes and steps to maximize the team's productivity, collaboration, efficiency, and focus.
Connecting, collaborating, and cooperating with other Scrum Masters to improve agile ways of working effectiveness.
Requirements:
Scrum Master certification like PSM or CSM.
Technical background and previous experience related to software development.
+3 years of previous experience as Scrum Master in Agile Software Development teams.
People centric, strong orientation to customer and mentoring and training soft skills.
Understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team.
Leadership skills, problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability, critical thinking.
Creativity, curiosity, and courage to bring in, develop and implement your own ideas.
Good written and excellent spoken English skills to round off your profile - Spanish language skills are valued but not required.
