Dentro de su estrategia de transformación digital y crecimiento a futuro, Línea Directa quiere potenciar la captación de clientes a través de los diferentes canales, construyendo una experiencia de cliente diferencial y basada en la personalización.
Para ello, estamos buscando una persona que sea capaz de liderar el análisis del cliente y los principales KPIs de negocio (desde analítica digital hasta KPIs de actividad comercial), proporcionando insights y recomendaciones que sean la base para las decisiones estratégicas y mejoren las ventas y la eficiencia en los diferentes canales de venta.
El business analyst tendrá visión de la actividad en todos los productos y servicios que comercializa Línea Directa, así como para todos los canales de venta.
Tus principales funciones serán :

Conocer las principales variables de negocio, su dimensión y su impacto para sacar conclusiones de negocio.
Comprender la analítica digital para tener una visión omnicanal y trazabilidad del cliente que permita hacer recomendaciones con impacto en negocio.
Desarrollar dashboards y reportes inteligentes, que monitoricen el performance en todos los canales, para promover la toma de decisiones basadas en datos con foco en la optimización de la conversión, usando herramientas como PowerBI.
Dar soporte al equipo digital para la configuración y análisis de la analítica digital y su aterrizaje en el resto de canales.
Colaborar con equipos de todas las áreas en la implementación de las iniciativas comerciales recomendadas, liderando los análisis basados datos.
Participar en proyectos estratégicos como segmentación de clientes, utilizando herramientas analíticas avanzadas.
Recopilar, analizar e interpretar grandes volúmenes de datos del área comercial.
Resolución de problemáticas de negocio a través de un enfoque analítico.
Elaborar informes y dashboards que faciliten la toma de decisiones estratégicas de negocio.
Identificar tendencias y patrones en los datos para proponer mejoras en las estrategias comerciales.
Asegurar la calidad y precisión de los datos utilizados en los análisis.

El business analyst se integrará en un equipo de Análisis y Planificación de Negocio dentro del área Comercial.
Requisitos indispensables
Te estamos buscando si eres así :

Tienes formación técnica o superior STEM : matemáticas, estadística, ingenierías o carreras afines.
Tienes al menos 3 años de experiencia en análisis de negocio, preferiblemente en sectores de seguros, financiero, consultoría.
Tienes experiencia demostrable en el uso de herramientas de gestión de datos de negocio (SAS, PowerBI, Google Analytics / Looker Studio, ) y conocimientos de herramientas como PowerPlay, SAS Macro, Big Query, Modelos Estadísticos, Big Data, AI).
Comprendes la venta omnicanal, combinando modelos digitales con telefónicos.
Estás acostumbrado a trabajar en equipo.
Cuentas con capacidad analítica, entendiendo los resultados y siendo capaz de obtener conclusiones para identificar nuevas oportunidades o resolver problemas.
Te sientes cómodo aportando una visión estratégica, para oportunidades de negocio relevantes y analizar el mercado en busca de tendencias clave.
Comunicas bien y sabes negociar y llegar a acuerdos con otros.
Eres proactivo, responsable, autónomo, planificado, con ideas propias y curioso, te gusta comprender por qué suceden y cómo suceden las cosas.
