Manage accounts and delivery projects to ensure a correct and efficient solution delivery covering customer requirements.Key responsibilities:1. Leadership and Management:· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software delivery managers, project managers, and developers.· Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.· Set clear objectives and performance goals for the team.2. Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding software delivery.· Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and delivery.7. Quality Assurance:· Ensure that software products meet the highest quality standards.· Oversee the implementation of testing strategies and frameworks.· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.8.
