Bitte beachte, dass diese Rolle vor Ort angesiedelt sein wird, ohne die Möglichkeit, von zu Hause aus zu arbeiten.Als Graduate Area/Shift Manager gehst Du mit gutem Beispiel voran, gewährleistest die Sicherheit und bist für das Training und die Integration Deines Teams verantwortlich. Mit uns kannst Du die Zukunft der Logistik mitgestalten.Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitung in die Abläufe unseres Logistikzentrums übernimmst Du die Leitung einer unserer Hauptabteilungen. Du bist verantwortlich für die Steuerung, Überwachung und Kontrolle der operativen Prozesse sowie für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von 60 bis 120 Mitarbeitenden.Falls Du in einer unserer Lieferstationen startest, wirst Du dort die Effizienz der Lieferprozesse kontinuierlich verbessern und sicherstellen, dass Kundenbestellungen so schnell, genau und kostengünstig wie möglich geliefert werden.
