Asimismo, buscamos actuar como agentes de cambio para promover la igualdad de oportunidades en nuestro entorno, fomentando el respeto y apostando por la diversidad en todas sus formas.Seas como seas y sientas como sientas, en Claire Joster tendrás un sitio para brillar.Nuestro cliente requiere incorporar unDirector/a de Supply Chain en Barcelona.Tendrá como misión diseñar y poner en marcha las políticas de planificación y logística necesarias para asegurar que los productos llegan a los clientes cumpliendo los plazos de entrega y calidad establecidos, así como asegurar la correcta gestión de la atención al cliente.Entre otras funciones, se encargará de:Garantizar que los procesos y procedimientos de la Cadena de Suministro sean los adecuados para apoyar el negocio actual de la Compañía.Gestionar la cadena de suministro completa, apoyando las iniciativas destinadas a la mejora de procesos.Liderar y desarrollar el equipo con motivación para el cumplimiento de objetivos.Establecer los indicadores clave para el control de la cadena de suministro.Planificar la estrategia logística que seguirá la empresa, maximizar sus recursos y controlar su inventario.Identificar nuevas tendencias e impulsar la transformación de procesos, liderar la implementación de avances tecnológicos y lograr cadenas de suministro más sostenibles.Para optar al puesto de debes cumplir los siguientesrequisitos:Titulación Universitaria, idealmente en Ingeniería, Económicas, ADE o similar, complementada con Máster o Postgrado en Logística y/o Planificación.Liderazgo, buenos dotes de planificación y organización, capacidad de análisis y toma de decisiones, orientación al logro y al servicio cliente.Si está interesado/a y tienes ganas de formar parte de un importante proyecto como éste con totales opciones de crecimiento profesionalésta es tu oportunidad#J-18808-Ljbffr
