At Ad4Octogono, we are looking for a Business Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to join our team, hybrid in Madrid, Seville, Cordoba, or Jaén, and full remote in other locations. Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Intensive Day July-August. Competitive salary and additional benefits. Hybrid in Madrid, Seville, Cordoba, or Jaén, and full remote in other locations. Job Responsibilities / Role The role will involve owning the whole analysis lifecycle, i.e., carrying out analysis, working with the business area to document requirements, collaborating with development teams, executing testing, and reporting progress against a plan/risk ahead. You will be expected to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize your work to ensure that the plans stay on track. Mandatory Skills Experience in data analysis, carrying out data mapping, identifying source data, reconciliation to source, and data validations. Finance knowledge - experience working with Financial Services/Banking Organizations with an understanding of Financial Services/Retail, Business, and Corporate Banking. Documentation - experience in carrying out data and process analysis to create specifications documents. AWS knowledge. Solid experience in Hadoop/SQL - able to test changes and issues properly, replicating the code functionality into SQL. Analyst Skills - experience in end-to-end project management activities such as preparing the estimation plan, creating specifications, creating technical requirements (Jira), testing solutions, and creating test case scenarios. Experience working in dynamic environments with business and technical profiles. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 or higher). Nice to Have Certifications: Agile and AWS. Qualities Team player. Energetic, motivated, and determined. Pragmatic and results-oriented. Adaptable to a diverse set of technical responsibilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
