We are looking for a highly skilled and action-oriented Product Designer to join our mission You will collaborate closely with the Head of Product Design and with cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers to create intuitive and impactful user experiences across our application. This product is designed to organize, simplify, and enrich everyday life through features ranging from managing calendars and answering questions to providing learning experiences and simplifying everyday tasks.ResponsibilitiesHands-on Design: Take ownership of the end-to-end design process for our app, from concept to launch.UI Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand aesthetics and usability standards.UX Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes to illustrate design ideas and facilitate feedback.Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure feasibility and seamless integration of designs.Iterative Improvement: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.QualificationsExperience: 3+ years of experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design skills, particularly in designing apps.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and Design Systems, and familiarity with data tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.User-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with a proven track record of translating user insights into intuitive and compelling designs.Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, communicate design concepts clearly, and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance user needs, business requirements, and technological constraints.Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities may shift, and roles may evolve.Bonus SkillsExperience with AI-driven products or conversational interfaces.Experience with motion design and animation principles.Experience creating custom illustrations.Work Environment: We are a hybrid, extremely fast-paced environment.
