Responsabilidades Principales:
Planificación y Gestión de Proyectos: Supervisar y coordinar todas las fases del proyecto, desde la concepción hasta la implementación, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos, presupuestos y estándares de calidad.
Diseño y Arquitectura: Colaborar con arquitectos y diseñadores para desarrollar planes detallados para la infraestructura del centro de datos, incluyendo la distribución del espacio, la selección de equipos y la gestión de la energía.
Gestión de Recursos: Coordinar y asignar recursos humanos, financieros y materiales para garantizar la ejecución eficiente del proyecto.
Supervisión de la Construcción: Supervisar el progreso de la construcción, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y regulaciones locales.
Comunicación y Coordinación: Actuar como punto de contacto principal entre los diferentes equipos involucrados en el proyecto, incluyendo contratistas, proveedores, ingenieros y equipos internos.
Gestión del Riesgo: Identificar y mitigar riesgos potenciales que puedan afectar al éxito del proyecto, implementando medidas preventivas y correctivas según sea necesario.
Documentación y Reportes: Mantener una documentación precisa y completa del progreso del proyecto, preparando informes regulares para los interesados internos y externos.
Optimización y Eficiencia: Identificar oportunidades para optimizar los procesos y mejorar la eficiencia operativa del centro de datos, asegurando un rendimiento óptimo a largo plazo.
