Es sencillo, cuidamos de ti y nos preocupamos por potenciar tu carrera profesional.Desde Gi Group Ett estamos buscando a un/a It Helpdesk - Technical Support con Inglés Alto, a jornada completa, para una importante empresa ubicada en La Roca del Vallès.Requisitos: Disponer de un grado superior en informática (Grado superior de informática y redes) o experiencia en IT de Industria (mínima de 1 año).Conocimientos de idiomas inglés alto y español alto.Alfabetización informática.Muy buen conocimiento de Gmail.Experiencia en entorno MS-Windows.Experiencia en programación de sistemas.Buen conocimiento en redes (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, etc).Muy buen conocimiento de hardware (PC's, MFP, IPT, etc).Vehículo propio.Tareas: Enlace con proveedores y compra de equipos de hardware y software.Evaluación, pedido, prueba, instalación y distribución de equipos de IT y comunicación.Garantiza el nivel y el estándar de calidad acordados en el desempeño de todos los servicios relacionados con IT.Responsable del desarrollo/implementación del producto según lo acordado.Proporcionar una respuesta rápida a cualquier pregunta técnica y relacionada con el proceso sobre las aplicaciones de IT.Asegúrese de que cada usuario sepa quién es su soporte de IT.Garantizar el buen uso de las aplicaciones informáticas y sus interfaces.Evaluar las necesidades de capacitación de los usuarios y ejecutar y llevar a cabo la coordinación de capacitaciones relevantes con Formación del departamento de RRHH.Administrar datos básicos (cuentas de usuarios, códigos, grupos -seguridad y distribución, etc.) para aplicaciones de IT.Mantenimiento de hardware (servidores, componentes de red, pc, terminales, portátiles, impresoras, monitores, proyectores, escáneres, IPT, UPS y otros periféricos de estaciones de trabajo).Mantenimiento de software base (actualizaciones del sistema operativo, parches, etc.).Mantenimiento de aplicaciones (nuevas versiones, etc.).Mantenimiento de hardware, actualización de inventarios.Supervisión de la red y los sistemas y optimización del rendimiento de la red y los sistemas.Mantenimiento de Sala Informática (control de acceso, limpieza, etc.).Mantener un inventario de todos los equipos y aplicaciones informáticas y garantizar la correcta licenciamiento de todos los productos.Asegúrese de que la documentación de TI local se mantenga actualizada.Garantice la seguridad de acceso adecuada, la copia de seguridad y la recuperación de datos para todos los sistemas.Se ofrece: Contrato por ett de 3 meses por ett + incorporación en plantilla.
