Join us in building a workplace that celebrates diversity and individuality.As Qonto's Head of Global Sales, you will be reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, and you will be the driving force behind the transformation and optimization of our 25+ FTEs inbound sales team and sales enablement team across our global and local organizations.Based in our Inbound Sales Hub in Barcelona, your mission will be to centralize and elevate inbound sales operations and methodologies across our four European markets (France, Germany, Italy, and Spain), and partner with our Country Directors to strengthen our local Outbound sales teams.This role presents an exciting challenge to create a unified and highly efficient sales culture that will propel Qonto's growth to the next stage.
