Senior IT Consultant Transform business through innovative technology solutions as a Senior IT Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with client leadership teams to define IT strategies and drive change through customized digital platforms and architecture.
* Employ state-of-the-art tools like cloud computing, AI, blockchain, microservices, and containerization to leverage digital potential.
* Evaluate and coach client technology teams, manage quality and risk, and maintain client expectations.
* Enable clients to effectively use agile methods and modern approaches in strategic IT implementation.
Requirements: * 6-10 years of experience in IT strategy and consulting, professional software development, or IT project management.
* Prior IT consulting experience or similar roles on final clients, focusing on technology and digital initiatives.
* Strategic thinking, entrepreneurship, creativity, and analytical problem-solving skills.
* Strong technical expertise in at least two areas: solution and enterprise architecture, IT modernization, cyber security, data analytics, physical and digital channels, ERP, banking and insurance platforms, DevOps, and bimodal IT.
* Experience in legacy environments and modern approaches to technology, Agile consulting, and digital and Agile transformations at scale.
* Strong business acumen, ability to frame complex problems in business contexts.
* University degree in a STEM-related field or business management, fluent in English and Spanish.
Who You'll Work With * BCG Managing Directors and Partners (MDPs), PLA Managing Directors (MDs), BCG consultants, and clients, vendors, and partners.
Travel and Work Environment * Significant travel to client sites, depending on project needs.
