Postdoctoral Researcher in Immune Biology: IRB Barcelona, a Severo Ochoa Centre of Excellence, is inviting applications for two Postdoctoral Researcher positions in the Innate Immune Biology group of Dr. Stefanie Wculek. The positions are funded by the ERC Starting Grant project "Studying the metabolism and function of myeloid dendritic cells and neutrophils in distinct tissues in health and aging (MyTissue)."Postdoctoral Researcher in Innate Immune Biology (ref. PD/23/14)Designation: Postdoctoral ResearcherResearch Area: Innate Immune BiologyLocation: IRB Barcelona, Barcelona Science Park, Barcelona, SpainPhD in biomedicine or biosciences (completed within no more than 2 years)Experience in performing and disseminating scientific studiesHighly motivated, collaborative, and enthusiastic about leading challenging research projectsFluency in written and spoken EnglishOrganized, responsible, and creativeJob Description: The selected candidates will lead and organize projects within the group's scientific scope with the PI. Duties include conducting high-quality research, participating in group meetings and scientific discussions, engaging in the training of junior scientists, and collaborating on manuscript writing with the PI.
