The Global Marketing Trainee will be part of the Global Marketing team located in Spain, providing support to both teams located in Spain and Switzerland. The candidate will assist in the development of new marketing material and campaigns, update existing materials, support market and competitor analysis, and help organize internal and external events. The trainee will also be responsible for certain projects and follow up on related tasks while coordinating with various departments.

Duties and responsibilities

Supports the marketing material development and follow-up:

Develops new marketing material related to products or marketing campaigns (brochure, videos, posters...)

Updates current marketing material according to the new MDR regulation, helping with the documentation of claims and references in marketing materials.

Supports clinical marketing: clinical compendium or other tools.

Collaborates with Global Marketing Services to update the corporate website.

Works with Global Marketing Digital Services & Global Product Management to support the concept and content creation of digital marketing campaigns.

Conducts market & competitor analysis:

Monitors the competitor landscape and contributes to the competitor database.

Gathers insights on competitors' main activities, claims, and target groups.

Provides support for internal and external events:

Global Congresses (CLM for speakers, booth organization, booth attendees coordination, samples & gimmicks coordination).

Supports internal meetings: GNT, Regional, Country meetings.

Organizes sample shipments and follows up on shipments from suppliers.

Provides general support on:

Assists in relevant projects, following up and coordinating with different departments, and coordinating tasks for various markets.

Supports internal and external training strategy.

Assists the Director of the SBA in various organizational and strategic tasks.
