Our commitment to building a dynamic and diverse academic environment makes us a hub for young, ambitious professors and researchers eager to tackle some of the world's most pressing challenges.Responsibilities:Your role as a Project Manager, Research Grants will involve:Identify Funding Opportunities: Analyze research funding calls, particularly competitive European and national research programs (Horizon Europe, ERC, Spanish national calls, etc.), and provide tailored advice to researchers.Proposal Development: Assist researchers in the preparation and submission of high-quality research grant applications, ensuring alignment with the funding criteria and institutional goals.Strategic Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with the IE Research Office and the Vice Dean of Research to implement strategic research initiatives.Grant Management: Support researchers throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-award to post-award stages, ensuring compliance with funders' regulations and reporting requirements.Training and Mentorship: Offer workshops and personalized training sessions to help researchers improve their grant writing and project management skills.Monitoring and Reporting: Maintain databases of funding opportunities, track research outcomes, and assist in the reporting of grant-funded projects to stakeholders and funders
