Technical Lead - Global Data PlatformWe are seeking a Technical Lead to join a global team driving data and analytics solutions within a cutting-edge cloud environment. This is a leadership role where you will manage a diverse group of full-stack data engineers, oversee solution development, and act as the key technical point of contact for stakeholders.

About the RoleAs a Technical Lead, you will:
Provide technical leadership and oversee delivery in a global AWS-based data platform.Work closely with a distributed team spanning Mexico, Spain, India, and the UK.Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from design to hypercare.Collaborate with senior stakeholders to manage expectations and report progress.Foster an environment of innovation, agile delivery, and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of scalable cloud solutions, such as containerised ETL and automated testing processes.Manage global teams, ensuring successful delivery and efficient workflows.Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.Drive technical excellence by designing and documenting best practices.Essential Skills & ExperienceProficiency in big data, ETL, and cloud tools, particularly AWS (e.g., Python, Terraform, Glue, S3, SQS).Experience leading global teams and managing team-related tasks.Strong expertise in DevOps practices and tools.Analytical ability for data manipulation and problem-solving.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proven experience in technical leadership within data and analytics.Desirable SkillsFamiliarity with Agile practices and tools like Jira.Experience with Angular JS, Java, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.Knowledge of Snowflake, DBT, Redshift, Aurora, and Power BI.The OpportunityThis is a chance to lead impactful projects within a collaborative and dynamic environment, working on innovative solutions that make a real difference.
