Bacthera es un socio líder en desarrollo y fabricación por contrato (CDMO) para clientes biotecnológicos y farmacéuticos que opera desde Suiza (sede en Basilea) y tiene instalaciones de producción en Dinamarca y Suiza y León.Tareas- Gestión y archivo de la documentación del departamento de Suministros tanto físico como electrónico.- Gestión de envíos: Selección del operador logístico, Preparación de la documentación requerida, supervisión de cargas etc.- Mantenimiento de bases de datos y archivos electrónicos.- Revisión del stock de almacén, stocks mínimos y dinámica de reaprovisionamiento.- Gestión de aprovisionamiento: Elaboración de pedidos, revisión semanal de confirmación de entrega de pedidos en curso y reclamación de entregas pendientes.- Gestión de reclamaciones a proveedores.- Mejora continua del sistema informático.- Soporte al resto de departamentos de la empresa sobre los pedidos.- Elaboración y revisión de procedimientos de trabajo para mejorar la eficiencia de las tareas.**Requisitos**:- Formación Superior.- Experiência en un entorno logístico.- Conocimientos en ofimática- Experiência con ERP (SAP, Business Central).- Inglés hablado y escrito nível intermedio ó avanzado- Valorable conocimientos en Normas de Correcta FabricaciónBeneficios\- Empresa start-up innovadora y creciendo con procesos de toma de decisiones cortos\- Horario flexible (on-site)\- Equipo motivado, ágil e internacional\- Salario atractivo\- Opción de cursos de idiomas\- Tareas interesantes y diversificadas
