As the right-hand person to the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our store by ensuring an exceptional customer experience and meeting sales objectives.
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager with passion, motivation, and a desire to grow professionally. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills, a good business vision, familiarity with KPIs, previous retail experience, and a strong customer service orientation.
You will be located in our JACK & JONES store at Gran Plaza Shopping Center, working alongside our store manager Jose Louis and the team to ensure the brand's success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop long-lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- Assist in creating sales strategies.
- Resolve customer questions or problems effectively and kindly.
- Contribute to achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Coordinate product replenishment to keep the store presentable.
- Ensure all items are correctly labeled and displayed.
- Manage inventory control and order tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
