Then this could be a new challenge for youTasksIn this role as Telesales Marketer for Flemish- speaking clients, your goal is to contact clients and sell the company's products and services. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for finding the right property for the client and closing the deal.- Receive qualified leads from the marketing department- Organise resort viewings for the client- Occasionally travel to France to close deals face-to-face- Ensure that all legal documents are correct- Hand over clients to other internal departments**Requirements**:- Language skills: bilingual level in Italian and an advanced level (C1+) in English- Be a freelance, at least the first three months.- 3-4 years of experience working in Telesales Marketing- 3-4 years of experience working in Real Estate- You have a valid driving licence.- You have availability to travel.- You have worked with a CRM system before.- You are a dynamic communicator- Experience in TeleSales/Lead Qualification and comfortable on the phone, willing to make a high volume of calls. You will only call to qualified leads.**Benefits**:- Competitive salary and (an uncapped) commission plan- Possible career development in company's structure- Work at a dynamic, growing companyIn this position you can start as a freelancer and can grow into a contract role or be hired directly with contract. While you are working as a freelancer you will receive compensation on all of your sales.**Working hours**: Working hours will be from 9.00h to 17.00h in the office.
