They also secure the customer IT environment by checking and patching the systems regularly. They collaborate with customers and stakeholders on infrastructure changes and implement them as needed. They work with vendors to solve any escalated issues and coordinate with Workplace Virtualization Specialists when required.This job is 100% in person at the customer's premises.
