Forma parte de un equipo internacional, prospera en un grupo global con una facturación de 800M€ y más de 1.000 clientes en todo el mundo, y un entorno ágil mediante. El candidato ideal debe poseer una sólida experiencia en .NET para el desarrollo backend, así como conocimiento de Vue.js, Angular o React para el desarrollo frontend. También es fundamental tener experiencia en Git, trabajar en entornos ágiles como Scrum o Agile, implementar arquitecturas de microservicios y interactuar con APIs. ? ¿QUÉ NECESITARÍAS? ?
+3 años de experiencia Experiencia previa en funciones de soporte de IT(Nivel 1 y 2), preferiblemente con enfoque en sistemas SCADA.Conocimiento de los principios de funcionamiento de los sistemas SCADA.Habilidades técnicas en la resolución de problemas de hardware y software.Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo, con habilidades sólidas de comunicación.Comprensión de los protocolos de comunicación utilizados en entornos SCADA, como Modbus, DNP3, OPC, etc.Certificaciones relevantes en IT o SCADA serán valoradas positivamente. ¿QUÉ VAS A HACER? Soporte de Nivel 1 y 2: Proporcionar soporte técnico oportuno y efectivo para resolver incidentes y solicitudes relacionadas con SCADA.Resolución de Problemas: Identificar, diagnosticar y resolver problemas de hardware y software en sistemas SCADA.Instalación y Configuración: Instalar, configurar y mantener componentes de hardware y software relacionados con SCADA.Mantenimiento Preventivo: Realizar tareas de mantenimiento preventivo para garantizar el rendimiento óptimo de los sistemas SCADA.Documentación: Mantener documentación precisa de los procedimientos de soporte y soluciones para problemas comunes de SCADA.Colaboración: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros equipos de IT y departamentos operativos para resolver problemas y mejorar la integración de los sistemas. ¿POR QUÉ NOSOTROS?
