Reportando a la Directora del Centro, tendrá las siguientes responsabilidades:Gestionar el centro logístico, organizando y supervisando las diferentes áreas operacionales y de gestión.Garantizar el cumplimiento de la calidad del servicio y coordinación de la gestión de los equipos.Será el principal punto de comunicación diaria con el cliente de cara a cubrir sus necesidades y requerimientos.Desarrollo de los equipos de Managers a su cargo, así como de velar por el correcto liderazgo de todos los miembros del equipo.Gestión de las actividades productivas del centro de trabajo.Colaboración con el resto de departamentos del centro para asegurar la consecución de los objetivos globales.Supervisión y optimización de procesos logísticos.Planificación de los recursos operativos y mano de obra según las estimaciones de volúmenes en continua colaboración con el departamento de RRHH.Mantenimiento de las relaciones con el cliente, satisfaciendo sus necesidades y dando respuesta a las posibles incidencias que pudiesen surgir.Establecimiento del plan de mejora continua y cultura lean.Seguimiento KPI (seguridad, calidad, productividad, etc).Planificación de campañas y recursos en base a las necesidades del cliente.Gestión de los distintos equipos del centro, creando una cultura centrada en las personas.Requisitos:Mínimo 5 años en puestos similares relativos a cadena de suministro y logística.Capacidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos (de 5-7 Managers) y hasta 2800 personas en época pico.Comunicación sólida y clara, enfocada al objetivo.Buenas habilidades analíticas y alta orientación al cliente.Flexible y abierto a un entorno en constante cambio.Excelente resolución de problemas, pensamiento crítico y habilidades de toma de decisiones.Deseable Máster en Dirección Logística.Manejo alto paquete office.Deseable: experiencia en sector logístico de e-commerce.Hemos despertado tu interés?Si es así, nos gustaría conocerteÁrea de trabajo:Operations Manager, Manager, Operations, Management#J-18808-Ljbffr
