Para poder hacerlo, deberás mantener reuniones presenciales y virtuales con los diferentes interlocutores de tus clientes, que te permitan determinar qué necesidades tienen y qué soluciones podemos ofrecerles desde TELEFONICA.Para ello, establecerás las líneas y el equipo de trabajo de cada oportunidad y liderarás las conversaciones con los agregadores, fabricantes e ingenieros/as correspondientes en función de la solución a presentar.Liderarás el End to End, desde la identificación de la oportunidad hasta la firma de acuerdo, coordinando a todas las áreas responsables dentro del proceso de venta.Formarás parte de un equipo de comerciales de alto valor y serás clave en negociaciones de alto impacto, colaborando en el diseño de la estrategia para el desarrollo de negocio y elaborando propuestas personalizadas, manejando datos técnicos y presupuestarios.Desde las áreas comerciales tendrás la oportunidad de ver en primera mano los proyectos y el cambio cultural de las empresas más importantes de nuestro país. Tendrás una visión completa del negocio, de la competencia, y te convertirás en una persona profesional de alto valor e impacto para nuestra compañía.Formarás parte del equipo motor del cambio y de probablemente el mayor proyecto de transformación del Sector de las Telecomunicaciones.Accederás a un amplio programa formativo que te ayudará a conocer en profundidad el portfolio de productos para el área de Grandes Clientes, y a desarrollar las habilidades de venta consultiva y metodología comercial.Se valorará conocimiento en:El propio sector y el de la competencia (Mercado TI y Comunicaciones).Ingeniería Informática o Telecomunicaciones y Formación Comercial.Entornos de desarrollo, comunicaciones, cloud, seguridad, aplicaciones y telecomunicaciones.Venta consultiva.Nivel alto de inglés hablado y escrito.Se valorará muy positivamente certificaciones en el área CLOUD (Microsoft, Google, AWS, BMC, SAP).Se valorará experiencia en:Venta consultiva de soluciones y servicios TIC en Grandes Corporaciones.Relación y gestión de clientes con altos niveles de interlocución dentro del ámbito TIC.Evaluación de las especificaciones técnicas y funcionales dentro del proceso de desarrollo de necesidades de los clientes.Desarrollo de proyectos TIC, y proyectos de outsourcing TI de elevada complejidad.Transversalidad.Gestión Diferencial.Negociación.Excelencia en la ejecución
