**OVERVIEW**:
Desde el grupo Sportradar estamos buscando un perfil técnico de Soporte de Aplicaciones para nuestra sede principal de MSS (Managed Sportsbook Services) situada en Torre Sevilla. Formarás parte de una empresa multinacional líder en su sector, con una política de teletrabajo muy flexible y trabajaras junto a un gran equipo técnico, experto en una extensa variedad de tecnologías muy avanzadas. El objetivo principal del puesto consiste en dar soporte a la plataforma software de nuestros clientes, operadores de apuestas deportivas, y participar en la puesta en producción de nuevas versiones de aplicativos y servicios.

**EL ROL**:
¿Como serás evaluado?
- Calidad en la resolución de incidencias.
- Calidad en las entregas de nuevas versiones del software en los diferentes entornos de testing y producción a través de herramientas de Integración Continua y automatización.

**RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES**
- Solución de problemas mediante la recopilación y análisis de logs.
- Asegurar que los níveles de servicio acordados con los clientes se cumplen en tiempo y forma.
- Monitorizar los sistemas de producción y participar en la resolución de incidencias siguiendo los procedimientos.
- Desplegar versiones nuevas de software en entornos de testing y producción.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência trabajando como ingeniero de soporte o rol equivalente.
- English Level B2.
- Experiência con Windows Server (2008, 2012 o 2016).
- Experiência con Linux (CentOS, RedHat).
- Comprensión y análisis de logs.
- Conocimientos básicos de redes TCP / IP y conocimiento de redes de Internet.
- Experiência en cualquier sistema de monitorización, desarrollo de software o experiência en administración de sistemas.
- Experiência con GitLab o cualquier herramienta de CD / CI sería una ventaja.
- Experiência y comprensión de lenguage SQL sería una ventaja.
