What You'll Do Our Stylist role creates an engaging francesca's guest experience for every guest, every time they shop in our boutique. In this role, you will exude warmth and positive energy, initiating conversation and connecting with guests in a genuine, fun way. While the primary focus of the Stylist role is guest experience, additional responsibilities include:
Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using the boutique point-of-sale system.Embracing product knowledge, current trends, and boutique promotions to inspire the guest.Assisting to maintain a visually inspiring boutique including recovery and replenishment of product.Partnering with the leadership team to execute company direction and complete tasks while prioritizing our guest.Adhering to company policies and procedures.What You'll Get A flexible scheduleGrowth and advancement opportunitiesA generous team member discountThis opportunity offers $16.00 per hourPaid Parental LeavePosition Requirements Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique including nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to work with a sense of urgency in fast-paced environmentContribute to a positive and fun professional work environmentPhysical Requirements Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting and climbingMust be able to work independentlyMust be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbsWe are continually sourcing and attracting top talent.
