Job Description As a controller, you will serve as the company's go-to person for all matters related to finance and accounting and play a critical role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis, supporting key management decisions.
The regular contact with the global accounting team, other controllers, and especially the intensive interaction with the business is absolutely key to being successful in this function.
The activities in the team result in a very dynamic working environment, taking up different challenges, close to the heart of the company and with a good balance between routine operations and ad hoc work.
You will be part of our finance team and will report to the Business Partner Technology.
Your main areas of responsibility are: Support the business partner with various analysis and preparations needed for consolidated business meetings Create and challenge the monthly analysis of actuals in comparison with budget, forecast & previous year as well as historical trends Prepare monthly management reports Support with the setup of quarterly forecast and annual budget Interact with local accounting teams and local management Provide ad hoc analysis to support management with financial decisions Participate in local and global initiatives for continuous improvement Profile Master degree in Economics, Accounting, Corporate Finance or similar 3-5 years of relevant working experience within finance; a first controlling experience is a plus Pro-active, with a critical mindset and a hands-on attitude Strong communication & problem-solving skills Eager to learn Fluent in spoken and written English Experienced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of SAP4Hana, SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI is a plus Offer Working in a dynamic, international and fast-growing company with ambitious plans for the future – on-the-job training in a role that offers opportunities for growth The working culture at SD Worx is flexible, hands-on, and pragmatic with a flat organisation structure and short decision lines A motivating salary package with fringe benefits, in accordance with your knowledge and experience Whether you want to become an expert in your field or to expand your knowledge more horizontally, there is always room to grow within SD Worx
