Modalidad híbrida en Córdoba Capital.
¿Cuál será tu desafío principal?
Tendrás la misión de asegurar la entrega exitosa de proyectos estratégicos en Clientes, dentro del tiempo, presupuesto y alcance establecidos.
Serás el punto de contacto clave para la coordinación de recursos internos y externos, asegurando una ejecución eficiente y satisfactoria para todas las partes involucradas.
¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
Gestión integral del proyecto : Coordinación de recursos para asegurar la finalización de proyectos a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y en línea con los objetivos del cliente.
Definición y planificación : Colaborar en la definición del alcance y los objetivos del proyecto, involucrando a todos los interesados y asegurando la viabilidad técnica.
Crear y mantener un plan detallado de los proyectos para hacer seguimiento del progreso y proporcionar informes periódicamente.
Gestión de cambios y riesgos : Implementar técnicas adecuadas para manejar cambios en el alcance, cronograma y costos; realizar evaluaciones de riesgos para minimizar impactos.
Comunicación y relaciones : Mantener relaciones sólidas con el cliente, las partes interesadas y proveedores externos, asegurando una comunicación fluida y constante.
Documentación y seguimiento de performance : Crear y mantener documentación completa de cada proyecto, monitorear la performance para alcanzar los objetivos propuestos.
Requisitos: Sólida experiencia previa de un rol similar, gestionando proyectos de desarrollo de software.
Experiencia en gestión de equipos distribuidos geográficamente y de Clientes remotos.
Comprensión del marco del Project Management Institute (PMI) y de metodologías de gestión de proyectos como Agile/Scrum.
Experiencia en liderazgo y gestión de equipos, con capacidad para tomar decisiones.
Habilidades avanzadas de comunicación y negociación.
Experiencia en gestión de costos, control de riesgos, y manejo efectivo del tiempo.
Posibilidad de viajar: no más de un 20% del tiempo, y solo en momentos específicos cuando los proyectos lo ameriten.
