We are looking for aMultilingual Trainerbased inBarcelonato support clinic teams in adopting our digital tools effectively.
The ideal candidate hasproven experience as a trainer or CRM specialist,is fluent inSpanish and English, and is confident delivering training to both clinical and administrative teams.
You will play a key role in supporting user adoption by providing clear, practical, and engaging training across our network of clinics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver trainingon CRM system features, workflows, and best practices to various teams.
Createuser manuals, e-learning modules, guides, and job aidsto support ongoing learning.
Adapt training delivery to different audiences: medical staff, admin, and management
Customize training content to align with different user roles and department needs.
Conduct live workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coachingsessions as needed.
Stay updated with CRM system updates and enhancements; communicate changes to users.
Provideongoing support and refresher trainingfor existing users.
Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve training programs.
Monitor CRM adoption andidentify knowledge gaps or usage issues.
Provide support during and after go-lives to ensure smooth adoption
Key Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience as a trainer, instructor, or CRM specialist.
Strong understanding of clinic workflows and patient journey in reproductive assume health settings.
Excellentpresentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability totranslate technical concepts into user-friendly training.
Solid knowledge of CRM and/or EMR systems; tech-savvy and confident with digital tools.
Based inBarcelona, with availability for~50% travelacross European clinics.
Nice to Have
Additional European languages: Italian
Qualification inBusiness, Education, Information Technology, or clinical field.
