We are looking for A driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive (m/w/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients Onboard new corporate clients to ensure they are 100% up and running Craft high-level onboarding documentation like user guides, videos, training materials, etc.
Identify client growth opportunities and hit upselling targets Monitor and report existing and potential threats to help maintain our 0 churn rate Define Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead Work with the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth Your basic qualifications Fluent level of English and native level of Italian; any other language suchas Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, or Dutch is a plus 1+ year experience working in a B2B account management/customer success role No excuses attitude: you know that your success depends on you and no one else.
