Intake: February 2025 onwards MANAGEMENT TRAINEE IN FRONT OFFICE DEPARTMENT - RESPONSIBILITIES ? Handle reservation inquiries, manage bookings, modify reservations, and oversee room availability.? Perform front desk tasks, including answering calls, responding to emails, processing payments, and issuing room keys.? Assign rooms based on guest preferences, availability, and special requests.? Ensure guest safety and security by following established procedures.? Participate in training programs to enhance skills in guest service, communication, and problem-solving.PROGRAM BENEFITS ?
