**Descripción**:
Estamos buscando incorporar un/a **MAINTENANCE ENGINEER-Procesos-** en nuestra fábrica de SAICA El Burgo, para desempeñar las siguientes tareas y funciones:
- El mantenimiento de las instalaciones productivas de una planta de papel requiere un uso intensivo en personal para acometer las actividades preventivas y correctivas propias de la maquinaria empleada. Buscamos ingenieros que formando parte del departamento de mantenimiento, participen en el análisis de los procesos del área, optimizando el valor añadido y localizando ineficiencias, para lograr la máxima rentabilidad a partir de los medios de que se disponen, siempre con la aplicación de metodologías especificas avanzadas.
- Identificar, documentar y analizar los procesos y procedimientos del área.
- Realizar la detección y análisis de necesidades por medio de entrevistas con usuarios, recogida de información con datos, medición de valores, etc
- Diseñar y planificar el retrofitting y su posterior puesta al día de los procesos definidos. Realización de pruebas y ajustes para adaptarlos a cambios propuestos y/o aprobados. Documentación y divulgación de los mismos.
- Identificar y reducir posibles ineficiencias y buscar la máxima optimización de los procesos (incluyendo estudios FMEA).
- Gestionar el rendimiento óptimo del desarrollo de trabajos en las secciones, análisis y diseño de operativa y lay-out.
- Velar por la Mejora Continua de los procesos y las aplicaciones informáticas para su gestión, realizando un seguimiento de los resultados.
- Desarrollo de estudios de capacidad.

- **Mandatory: Titulación en Ingeniería Industrial, Naval o similar.**:
- Optional: Formación específica o proyecto final de carrera orientado a organización industrial o mantenimiento
**IDIOMAS**:
- ** Mandatory: Ingles B2**:
- Optional: Francés
**Se valorarán conocimientos o experiência en algunos de los siguientes puntos**:
- Sistemas E&C en procesos de fabricación continua.
- Equipos industriales asociados al proceso de producción de papel: Rodillos, Bombas centrifugas, Reductores, Acoplamientos
- Capacidad para el tratamiento y análisis de datos.
- Conocimientos básicos en el uso de un sistema GMAO de gestión de mto. (IBM Máximo o similar)
- Experiência en metodologías LEAN.
