Questa posizione è una delle più strategiche di goFLUENT: a diretto contatto con i nostri studenti, li aiuta a vivere la migliore esperienza possibile durante tutte le fasi del loro apprendimento con noi e a raccogliere preziosi feedback per i nostri docenti e per i nostri team di sviluppo prodotti e servizi.
Il servizio clienti di goFLUENT è strategico perchè siamo sempre pronti ad aiutare i nostri studenti fornendo il massimo supporto affinchè abbiano la migliore esperienza durante la loro formazione
I tuoi obiettivi saranno: Diventare un esperto sempre aggiornato sui nostri prodotti e servizi.
Spiegare ai nostri nuovi studenti che iniziano un corso di formazione goFLUENT come trarre il massimo da questa esperienza Offrire allo studente la migliore esperienza possibile, comprendendone le aspettative ed essendo efficienti nel fornire soluzioni Rispondere alle richieste dei nostri studenti che arrivano attraverso differenti canali di comunicazione (telefono, e-mail, chat...) Garantire una comunicazione fluida ed efficiente con i team interni.
Essere proattivi per ottimizzare le nostre procedure interne, migliorare la qualità delle nostre risposte e aumentare il feedback e la soddisfazione degli studenti.
Questo lavoro ti piacerà se: Hai una ottima capacità di comunicazione, sia orale che scritta in Italiano Hai avuto una precedente esperienza nel Customer Care, rappresenta un plus Sei molto empatico/a e capace di comprendere le richieste e bisogni per fornire assistenza in maniera efficace e utile ai nostri studenti Sei una persona ben organizzata, reattiva, sincera e responsabile Stiamo cercando una persona con: Eccellenti capacità comunicative in Italiano Da 1 a 3 anni di esperienza nel servizio clienti Conoscenza di Internet e competenza in MS Office, Google Docs e Open Office Livello intermedio di inglese (verbale e scritto) Laurea triennale/diploma universitario in qualsiasi settore #J-18808-Ljbffr
