The role
ALS Geochemistry requires a Maintenance Officer to join our facility in Malaga.
 
Working in a close-knit team, you will be assisting with routine maintenance, fixing equipment and attending to breakdowns as required.

The role
ALS Geochemistry requires a Maintenance Officer to join our facility in Malaga.
 
Working in a close-knit team, you will be assisting with routine maintenance, fixing equipment and attending to breakdowns as required.
 
This full-time role will be responsible for:

Routine maintenance of all fire assay equipment.Building and fabrication of laboratory equipment.Carrying out preventative maintenance.Maintaining equipment.The Essentials Trade qualifications are not necessary. However, previous experience with power tools & equipment on a professional or personal level is essential.Welding & mild steel experience essential.Mechanical aptitude is highly regarded.Carpentry skills would be beneficial.Excellent work ethic.Committed to a safety culture while maximising productivity.The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision whilst being committed to the work of a team.Current driver's license (C class) manual and own transport to and from different sites in the Perth region.Proven ability to handle a busy and diverse workload.Working at ALS
