Team
The Marketing & Sales development team is an international team working across multiple countries including US, EMEA, and JAPAC. Our mission is to develop LumApps' brand, attract new prospects, and engage customers. The Sales Development Director EMEA is critical to drive new pipeline generation for LumApps' growth ambitions, sitting at the crossroads of marketing and sales and managing both inbound and outbound pipeline generation. The role reports to the CMO, SVP Marketing, Elizabeth Coleon.
Missions
As a LumApps Sales Development Director for France, you will be responsible for:

Managing a team of 7 (and growing) Sales Development Representatives covering France, Italy, Spain, Germany, UK & Nordics, in our Barcelona hub office located in central Barcelona.
Continuing to build standards and coaching the team to grow individually and meet objectives (LinkedIn/email sequences).
Conducting weekly forecast meetings.
Consistently monitoring the activity of the team and tracking results, working with Revops to ensure the right tools, automations, and dashboards.
Managing daily and weekly activities, target strategies, and hand-off with sales, working closely with the EMEA sales leadership.
Being a key member of the Marketing & Sales development leadership team, contributing to our overall strategy and collaboration.

Skills

Demonstrated success in directly leading a high-performing sales development team, ideally within a software (SaaS) sales environment.
Strong ability to coach young team members and motivate them.
Ability to be a "builder", constructing & continuously innovating in standards.
Excellent presentation and listening skills.
Proven ability to successfully hire and train new sales development representatives and coach them to success.
Successful history of achieving objectives.
Ability to work in a fast-growing environment.
Willingness to travel to Paris for collaboration with sales & marketing leadership.
Fluent in English and proficient in at least one other language: French, Spanish, Italian, or German.
