Tenemos un área de People & Culture dedicada a captar el mejor talento para Cosmewax, en estos momentos:
Buscamos un/a **Production Planner**. La misión principal del puesto es la elaboración y cumplimiento del programa de producción de acuerdo con los pedidos recibidos, en coordinación con el área de Planning y el Responsable de Producción de Skin Care Division, reportando directamente al Director de Producción.

La ubicación del puesto puede ser tanto en nuestras instalaciones de Jerez de la Frontera como en Massalfassar (Valencia).

**Funciones principales**:

- Elaboración del programa de producción.
- Gestionar y priorizar el orden de producción.
- Crear órdenes de producción según los requisitos de clientes, producción y eficiencia de las líneas.
- Realización de la secuenciación de manipulado y dosificado de acuerdo a las prioridades y llegada de componentes.
- Análisis de necesidades de mano de obra a corto-medio plazo y secuenciación del plan de fabricación en función de las prioridades de dosificado.
- Actualización y creación de rutas productivas para las referencias a fabricar.
- Elaborar estrategias de disminución de mermas, con base a óptima secuenciación de la producción.
- Análisis a medio plazo de paros por falta de componentes, junto con el área de Planning.
- Búsqueda e implantación de mejoras en el proceso de planificación.
- Solicitudes de traslado a logística.

**Requisitos**:

- Capacidad organizativa de trabajo.
- Conocimientos de TIC.
- Pensamiento analítico y lógico.
- Persona meticulosa, metódica y con atención al detalle.
- Capacidad y aptitudes de planificación.
- Capacidad para optimizar recursos.
- Trabajo en equipo.

**Formación**:
Ingeniería química/industrial o matemáticas.
