Dream Team Executive Search selecciona: Front-end Project Manager Para reconocido Grupo Hotelero Tenerife Sur Buscamos un/a Front-end Project Manager apasionado/a y experimentado/a que lidere el desarrollo y la implementación de soluciones digitales para el grupo.
Funciones: Ser el responsable de la gestión de proyectos tecnológicos de Front-end hotelero (PMS, POS, etc.).
Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos de los distintos departamentos de los hoteles (recepción, housekeeping, mantenimiento y otros) para garantizar una operación fluida y eficiente.
Analizar los procedimientos de los diferentes departamentos del hotel, para ofrecer una experiencia excepcional a los clientes internos y externos, proponiendo mejoras siempre que sea posible.
Dirigir proyectos de implementación de software contando con las últimas tecnologías y herramientas en el campo de la informática y asegurando un alto nivel de vanguardia en digitalización e IA.
Gestionar proyectos mediante la metodología Agile (Scrum u otros).
Desarrollar junto con las áreas de negocio proyectos de transformación digital en un entorno positivo rodeado de profesionales con talento.

Requisitos: Grado en Ingeniería Informática o similar.
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en la gestión de proyectos tecnológicos.
Valorable experiencia en el sector hotelero, preferiblemente Front-end (PMS, etc.).
Capacidades: Habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos, excelentes habilidades de comunicación, capacidad relacional, capacidad para resolver problemas de manera eficiente.
