The Mailroom Coordinator role is not directly client facing, but you will work closely with outside vendors and internal staff in multiple disciplines. Each Mailroom Coordinator is responsible for successful communication, timely responses, problem solving, and providing overall excellent customer service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes individual accountability with the support of a team structure, come join usAbout the Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the RolePick up and process all physical mail from multiple locationsWork with mail vendors to ensure timely delivery of all mail and packagesManage mail portals and inboxes and process all electronic mailFind efficiencies for faster mail processingProcess mail through internal systems (Crosspoint, Packet Expert, Index Expert, Relay Navigator, etc.)Send outgoing mail, releases, proof of representations letters, CD requests etc. as requested by all Services departmentsAssist Lien Service Coordinators, Lien Specialists, Allocations Paralegals, Attorneys, and staff with additional requests neededAssist with celebrations and employee engagement events on-siteAssist with other Business Operations duties as assignedAbout You and How You Can Excel in This RoleDetail-oriented, organized, quality-focused and results-drivenCustomer service and communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent technical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAble to work independently, self-directed, highly motivatedDesire to work in a fast-paced, professional, team-focused environmentFlexible and adaptableHave a reliable vehicle and the ability to pick up mail at an outside location 2 to 3 times per week0-1 years' experienceAssociate's or bachelor's degree preferredFor over 50 years, Verisk has been the leading data analytics and technology partner to the global insurance industry by delivering value to our clients through expertise and scale.
