What we offerCiclo Formativo de Grado Superior o Formación Profesional II o experiência laboral de 1 a 3 años en una posición similar (gestión de recambios).Valorable el conocimiento de idioma en Inglés.Conocimientos de mecánica. Aptitud para interpretar documentación técnica.Conocimientos a nivel avanzado (entorno Windows).Conocimiento avanzado SAP. Pedidos de Ventas / Pedidos de Compras.Competencias & habilidadesCompromiso.Buenas habilidades comunicativas.Organización.Resolución de problemas.Tasks and QualificationsMisiónInterlocutor con técnicos y clientes para la venta activa y el abastecimiento de repuestos.
Funciones principalesVenta de repuestos.Atención y satisfacción de los clientes en referencia a la venta de repuestos.Lograr la plena satisfacción del cliente en cuanto al servicio de recambios, ya sea el contacto, mediante llamada telefónica o directamente en nuestras instalaciones.Ayuda Técnica de repuestos para clientes, Técnicos con asesoramiento sobre referencias y artículos y plazos de entrega (inclusive de otras marcas).Elaboración de ofertas de recambios.Abastecimiento de los técnicos y talleres subcontratados.Asegurar una provisión óptima de repuestos, teniendo en cuenta el aspecto económico y la política de stocks de la empresa.Garantizar una administración y reposición óptima y fluida para los técnicos de servicio.Facturación y gestión de las reclamaciones e impagados.Facturación de la venta de repuestos.Control de stocks.Inventario anual de los stocks de las furgonetas de servicio.
