Position Overview: We're in search of a Multi-Talented Art Director / Designer who thrives in creating compelling visual narratives and sophisticated designs.
This remote position, based in Spain, requires a blend of artistic vision and practical design skills, aimed at elevating brand engagement across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the artistic direction for projects, ensuring they align with client objectives and brand essence.
Collaborate with diverse teams to produce seamless design solutions that resonate on international platforms.
Lead and mentor a creative team, fostering an environment of innovation and high performance.
Efficiently manage multiple project timelines, from conception through to completion.
Qualifications: Solid background in art direction or senior design roles within a reputable agency.

Responsabilidades Clave: Desarrollar y supervisar la dirección artística de los proyectos, asegurando que se alineen con los objetivos del cliente y la esencia de la marca.
Colaborar con equipos diversos para producir soluciones de diseño que resuenen en plataformas internacionales.
Liderar y mentorizar a un equipo creativo, fomentando un ambiente de innovación y alto rendimiento.
Gestionar eficientemente múltiples cronogramas de proyectos, desde la concepción hasta la finalización. Calificaciones: Experiencia sólida en dirección de arte o roles de diseño senior dentro de una agencia de renombre.
Portafolio que demuestra experiencia en medios digitales y tradicionales.
Dominio de Adobe Creative Suite y familiaridad con herramientas de diseño web.
Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación, competente en inglés y español.
Capacidad comprobada para trabajar de manera remota con motivación autodirigida.
