Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor and follow up deliveriesCanvass price (for regular items: office consumables)Prepare purchase orderPrepare payment requests for COD and transactions requiring advancesPrepare pick-up/dispatch (PR) for canvassing and PO preparationCheck and record material requisitioning report (MRR) against PO (Quality Price) before transmitting to Accounting DepartmentChecks against PO (Quality/Price)Maintain supplier files containing: supplier address, contact numbers (mobile/landline)Maintain fax back purchase orders from supplierFile brochures of suppliersService the local purchasing needs of Far East Advance Plastics Corporation and its group of companies.Minimum Qualifications: Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering college graduate of a 4-year course.With or without experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate
Schedule: 8-hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeWeekendsSupplemental Pay: 13th month salaryOvertime pay
