Es una gran empresa, solida y en crecimiento  en la que se potencia el talento y el bienestar de los/las empleados/as.
Actualmente buscamos una posición de Head of Concept Architecture Manager  donde realizará proyectos nacionales e internacionales.  Su misión será el desarrollo de Estrategias arquitectónicas y de diseño que alineen con los objetivos de la marca, su identidad y asegurar la coherencia del concepto de diseño en todas las tiendas de la región.
Realizará el diseño de espacios innovadores y atractivos que mejoren la experiencia del cliente.
Planificar y supervisar proyectos de diseño y construcción de tiendas nuevas, renovaciones y remodelaciones.
Asegurarse de que todos los proyectos se completen dentro de plazo estipulados.
Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos locales y regionales para asegurar la implementación efectiva de los conceptos de diseño.
Analizar el comportamiento del cliente y el rendimiento de las tiendas para optimizar el diseño y la disposición del espacio.  Implementar soluciones de diseño que maximicen la eficiencia del espacio y mejoren la experiencia del cliente.
Consolidar y gestionar proveedores para asegurar la calidad y consistencia de los materiales y servicios.
Negociar contratos y acuerdos con proveedores y contratistas.
Supervisar y coordinar el trabajo para asegurar que los proyectos se realicen según las especificaciones.
Liderar y desarrollar el equipo de diseño y arquitectura, proporcionando orientación y apoyo continuo en toda la región.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las normativas locales y regionales de construcción y diseño ¿Y qué ofrecemos?

Requisitos mínimos Disponibilidad para viajar y trasladarse por la región a gestionar Título universitario en Arquitectura, Diseño de Interiores, o campos relacionados.
Experiencia en roles de liderazgo en arquitectura y diseño, preferiblemente en la industria de la moda o retail.
Habilidades excepcionales en liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
Experiencia comprobada en la gestión de proyectos a gran escala.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y multifuncional.
Fluidez en inglés y español, tanto escrito como hablado ¿Qué ofrecemos?

Horario: De lunes a viernes flexible, viernes hasta el mediodia.
