Responsibilities
• Implement and develop duty free sales services onboard flights in Spain• Manage client relationships with airlines, including advising, convincing, training, and maintaining loyalty• Ensure proper management and functioning of the subsidiary in Spain• Manage a team of 3 people in marketing, accounting, and logistics operations• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, resolving any issues• Report directly and continuously to the headquarters in France• Participate in continuous improvement of services for clients
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing or a Master's degree in Marketing or Logistics• At least 10 years of experience, with 5 years in business management• Experience in a similar role, ideally in the Retail or Consumer Goods sector with implementation of new services• Experience in dealing with key clients• Dynamic, committed, with a clear vocation for the retail sector• Strong organizational and leadership skills• Fluent in English, knowledge of French is a plus• Proficient in Word, Excel, and ideally an ERP system
