Collaborating closely with Amazon Fulfillment Center Operations and data teams, you will be responsible for developing analytics dashboards, deep-dive tools, and influencing product roadmaps using data, AWS services, and insights.As a Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE I), your responsibilities include:Managing intake, coordinating, and gathering requirements from business partners to handle increased data volume and the demand for more cost-efficient and scalable pipelines and tech solutions.Prioritizing initiatives, designing and implementing technical solutions with appropriate strategies and design principles.Driving best practices in Operational Excellence.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL, Redshift, metrics development, and dashboard creation using tools like QuickSight. Experience in programming is a must. You should excel in translating customer and business opportunities into innovative business intelligence solutions and demonstrate a passion for working with extensive datasets to drive data-driven decisions and build models that address critical questions for our stakeholders.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of any location within European Fulfillment Centers or Corporate Office.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSExperience in analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc.Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar toolsExperience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.G.
