**SCOPE OF WORK**
Estamos buscando a un líder del área de Recursos Humanos en una etapa dónde Learning Heroes se encuentra en un crecimiento acelerado y expansivo.
Necesitamos un/a responsable de RRHH con pasión por la innovación, la formación y el crecimiento de las personas.
Una persona con un background potente que nos de soporte en el crecimiento de la empresa y que esto se traduzca en el crecimiento de las personas y en la implementación de una cultura alineada con nuestros valores de mejora continua.
Dentro del Scope of Work, la persona elegida se encargaría de:
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias de recursos humanos alineadas con los objetivos de la empresa.
- Supervisar todo el ciclo de vida de los empleados, desde el reclutamiento hasta la desvinculación.
- Desarrollar y mantener una cultura organizacional que promueva la innovación, el aprendizaje continuo y la satisfacción laboral.
- Coordinar programas de formación y desarrollo para empleados en tecnologías disruptivas y habilidades blandas.
- Gestionar la relación laboral, incluyendo contrataciones, evaluaciones de desempeño, promociones y procesos disciplinarios.
**Requisitos**:
**HARD SKILLS**
- Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Administración de Empresas o campos relacionados.
- Experiência comprobable de + de 4 años en Recursos Humanos, preferiblemente en empresas de tecnología o startups.
El background en entornos académicos sería un plus
- Sólido conocimiento de las leyes laborales y mejores prácticas de RRHH.
- Competencia en sistemas de gestión de recursos humanos (HRMS) y herramientas de reclutamiento
- Familiaridad con plataformas de formación online y metodologías de aprendizaje electrónico.
- Inglés y español a nível profesional
