The MIMWC is the point of escalation for the group's internal customers.The MIMWC needs to make sure that his/her scope group is effectively and efficiently understanding Envision, understanding the MI process, writing gSSRCs and taking care of MI metrics.Responsibilities:Ensure on-time and high-quality execution of gSSRCs across his/her scope group coordinating operational tasks and making sure the group is performing according to expectations for medical writers of medical information.Use subject matter expertise of Envision and MI process to provide guidance and direction to their group of medical writers.Act as a point of escalation for internal customers on questions & concerns related to their group.Monitor workload and assess needs across his/her coordination scope group, and work with other fellow Coordinators and the Team Lead to make sure any gaps and roadblocks are raised and addressed.Enforce adherence to processes by both coordination group and internal customers and define new processes and find service-oriented solutions when needed.Work with his/her coordination group and other members of the team to ensure that as a team, we are delivering excellence - through execution of gSSRCs and through the role of consultants who provide guidance, enforce best practices, drive optimization, encourage innovation, and share expertise with internal customers.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in science careers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
