EVENT PROJECT MANAGER We're looking for an experienced and motivated event project manager to take a hands- on role in planning and leading various events including conferences, corporate events, incentives & any type of meeting for international & national clients. If you are open minded, willing to work with a multicultural environment and different clients all year long, Join OUR TEAM Reporting to the Director of Operations, it'll be the post holders responsibility to ensure that all client's needs are met and exceeded, right through from brief to final delivery. Responsibilities Managing multiple events and clients simultaneously Liaising with NATIONAL and INTERNATIONAL clients to understand event briefs and objectives for events Taking end-to-end ownership of the event planning and management process Liaising with sales, creative & art design and production teams to manage and concreate the assets for the event Ensuring that all events are planned and executed within the agreed budget Finding and booking suitable event venues, contractors and suppliers in Spain and Internationally Recruiting, managing and briefing event staff as required, including third- party suppliers Attending events and managing on site team, ensuring we exceed the client's brief Location & commitments Full-time role, Flexible timing and permitted home-office work max 3 days per week Regular evenings and weekend work to attend events Based at our Barcelona or Madrid office Candidate requirements Essential: Spanish native speaker Fluent English speaker and writer Any other language more than welcome At least 5/6 years of experience in the events industry, ideally as an event planner or manager – freelance experience also considered
