Sobre el puesto Como Inbound Sales Representative en Viterbit, serás responsable de gestionar los leads entrantes, guiándolos a través de nuestro proceso de ventas y asegurando una experiencia positiva desde el primer contacto.
Trabajarás de cerca con el equipo de ventas y marketing para calificar y convertir oportunidades potenciales en clientes satisfechos.
Tu habilidad para escuchar, comprender las necesidades de los prospectos y presentar soluciones relevantes será clave para el éxito en este rol.
Responsabilidades:
• Calificar y priorizar los leads entrantes para determinar su potencial y adecuación al producto.
• Contactar de manera proactiva a los leads provenientes de diferentes fuentes (demo, trials, webinars, eventos, descargables) a través de llamadas, correos electrónicos y otras plataformas de comunicación.
• Generar curiosidad e interés en una primera interacción, cualificar la oportunidad y responder a preguntas iniciales de los potenciales clientes.
• Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para cerrar oportunidades y superar los objetivos de conversión.
• Mantener y actualizar la información en el sistema CRM, asegurando un seguimiento adecuado de cada lead.
• Proporcionar feedback constante al equipo de marketing sobre la calidad de los leads y el contenido que más resuena con los prospectos.
• Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre las funcionalidades del producto y el mercado de reclutamiento para ofrecer valor añadido en cada interacción.
