Quality Technician

The Quality Technician will be executing quality assurance tasks for production quality.

Main responsibilities: Direct production quality support Quality Inspections Propose containments and corrective actions in case of deviations Follow up of containment and corrective application in production line Production release (OK 1st part / Polyvalence Matrix) Internal audits (Layered process audits) Line control following (use of fixture, gauges, control marks, etc…) Monitoring Q KPIs at shop floor level Internal Customer satisfaction Escalating in case of process deviation to QE Defining containments / corrective actions with production (e.g.
sortings activities) Quality performance at shop floor level Continuous Process improvement 5S assurance What skills do you need?
6 months' experience in a similar position as Quality Technician according to the owned production area.
Spanish mandatory.
Good communication skills in English.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of 8D problem solving methodology.
