Job Overview We are looking for a Product Manager with a deep understanding of SaaS solutions to shape the future of a public sector-focused software product. In this role, you will drive product strategy, manage roadmaps, and work cross-functionally to ensure successful product delivery and continuous improvement. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, impact-driven environment, values autonomy, and enjoys the challenge of creating solutions for complex customer needs. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the product vision, translating it into a clear, actionable strategy. Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Create and manage a strategic product roadmap aligned with customer feedback and market demands. Define features and user stories, ensuring they align with product objectives and customer needs. Partner with developers, designers, sales, and other teams to guide products from concept to launch. Regularly assess product success using KPIs to optimize user experience and product acceptance. Foster strong relationships with key customers, particularly in the public sector, to understand and address their needs. Essential Skills and Qualifications 3-5 years in a Product Manager role, preferably in SaaS. Strong experience with agile product development and SCRUM methodologies . Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for task management and collaboration. Skilled in data-driven decision-making and using market and user data to inform product strategy. Proven experience in creating and managing product roadmaps , defining features , user stories , and specifications . Excellent communication skills to align and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Strong strategic and analytical thinking, paired with a hands-on approach. Public sector experience is a plus but not mandatory. Fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English (C1) .
