About the Role We seek an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Senior Manager - Brand & Communications with extensive experience in strategic marketing initiatives within the US market.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving brand growth through innovative strategies, market insights, and leading cross-functional teams.
They should leverage data-driven insights and ensure brand communication resonates effectively with local audiences.
Your role is vital in steering our brand through the competitive US market, requiring strategic foresight, creative thinking, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities : Support the Global Marketing Director in executing the global strategic roadmap.Lead and manage a team of 4-5 marketers, including 3 direct reports, demonstrating strong leadership skills.Develop and lead the US market's communications strategy and 360 marketing plan, including PR, influencer collaborations, social media, email/SMS campaigns, brand partnerships, and more.
Emphasize innovative, consumer-first programs with a test-and-learn approach.Maintain brand consistency and positioning across all channels, ensuring resonance with the US audience.Collaborate closely with the Barcelona-based team, cross-functional partners, and retail sales teams to create and execute an omnichannel plan from concept to market launch, with a focus on DTC and retail channels.Partner with internal teams (Operations, Design, Product Development, Finance, Legal, Logistics, Education) to deliver on annual plans and KPIs.Create strategic marketing briefs for creative campaigns, photo shoots, and activations, working with the Creative Director to ensure assets are on-brand and on-brief.Establish KPIs for marketing initiatives and team performance, with regular reviews and tracking.Analyze campaign results, providing debriefs and recommendations for improvement.Conduct competitor analysis and monitor the landscape to identify opportunities and gaps, developing action plans accordingly.Serve as the main contact for internal and external team members and agency partners, providing updates on programs and schedules.Oversee social media management, content planning, community engagement, and growth across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest, supervising a Junior Manager and an assistant.Manage influencer partnerships, campaigns, and relationships, identifying new opportunities and optimizing results.Supervise the US marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and strong ROI.Stay updated on industry trends to keep the brand competitive in the US market.Our Ideal Candidate 6-8+ years of experience in brand and communication roles, with at least 3 years in beauty or CPG, preferably in color cosmetics or nails.Native or fluent in American English.Strong knowledge of US culture and trends.Experience working in CPG in the US is preferred.Over 3 years of people management experience with a successful development record.Deep understanding of the US beauty mass-market landscape, including consumer behavior and industry dynamics.Ability to translate data into actionable market insights.Proactive, self-starting attitude with problem-solving capabilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for compelling storytelling.Strong social media management and content creation experience.Highly organized with excellent project management skills.Financial acumen with budget management experience.Team-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit.Passion for nail polish and nail care is a plus.Why Join Our Team?
